AquaLuxe Laundry is a premium laundry and dry cleaning service based in Bangalore. We offer professional washing, dry cleaning, steam ironing, shoe cleaning, and more — with free doorstep pickup and delivery across Doddakannelli, Kasavanahalli, Sarjapur Road, Bellandur, and surrounding areas.

How long does it take to get my clothes back?
Standard turnaround is 24–72 hours depending on the service type. Express delivery options are available for urgent needs. We'll notify you once your order is ready.

What services does AquaLuxe offer?
We offer: Laundry by KG (Wash & Fold), Dry Cleaning (suits, sarees, woollens), Premium Wash & Fabric Care, Steam Ironing, Shoe & Sneaker Cleaning, Carpet & Curtain Cleaning, Bag & Handbag Cleaning, and Blanket & Winter Wear Care.
How is laundry pricing calculated?
Our laundry by KG service is priced per kilogram of clothes. Dry cleaning and specialty services are priced per garment. Download our full price list from our website or contact us for a quote.
Do you handle delicate or luxury garments?
Absolutely. We specialize in silk sarees, Kanjeevaram, wool, linen, chiffon, and designer garments. Each item is individually assessed and cleaned using the appropriate process and eco-friendly products.
Do you clean shoes and bags?
Yes! We offer professional cleaning for sneakers, formal shoes, leather bags, handbags, and travel luggage. Leather conditioning and stain removal are included for eligible items.

Care, Quality & Payments
Do you use eco-friendly detergents?
Yes. AquaLuxe uses premium, eco-friendly detergents that are gentle on fabrics and safe for the environment, chosen to preserve fabric color, softness, and longevity.
What if my clothes are damaged?
We handle every garment with utmost care. In the rare case of proven damage due to our negligence, liability is limited to a maximum of 10 times of the service cost or garment value — whichever is lower. Report concerns within 24 hours of delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and all major Debit/Credit Cards. Payment can be made online or upon delivery.
Can I track my order and cancel?

What services does Aqualuxe offer?
We offer a wide range of premium services: laundry by kg, dry cleaning, premium washing, steam ironing, shoe cleaning, carpet cleaning, curtain cleaning, bag cleaning, and toy cleaning.
How do I book a pickup?
You can book a pickup directly on our online scheduler, call us, or click the WhatsApp chat button on our website. We provide free pickup and delivery!
What is the standard delivery time?
Our standard turnaround time is 72 hours. We also offer an express service if you need your fresh clothes returned on a tighter schedule.
How do you treat delicate garments?
Delicate fabrics, formal wear, and designer garments are dry-cleaned or hand-washed using expert procedures and eco-friendly products to ensure zero damage.
Is there a minimum order value?
We do not enforce a strict minimum order value. However, a small delivery fee may apply depending on your location for low-value orders.
